The service provides all economic operators in the electronic certificate in accordance with the Public procurement www.eis.gov.lv Section 9, Paragraph nine, Clause 1 of this Law and the ninth paragraph of Section 42, 48 Law on Public procurement service provider Paragraph thirty and the Public and Private Partnership Law 37, Paragraph thirty to verify whether the applicant cannot be excluded from participation in procurement or concession procedure or the candidate or tenderer is not excluded from participation in the procurement procedure.

Process description

  1. First-time registration of the merchant electronic procurement system
    Completed registration form and the originals have been transmitted to the State Regional Development Agency by e-mail: eis@vraa.gov.lv or pasts@vraa.gov.lv (if you are signed by e-signature) or to the address 10 Alberta Street, Riga, Latvia, LV-1010 (if forms are filled-in papīrformātā).

  2. E-izziņas request Electronic procurement system
    Authorised economic operator for electronic procurement systems / rather users e-izziņu subsystem shall be completed by the requested information fields, and sends a request e-izziņas preparation.

  3. E-izziņas reception
    24 hours after the electronic procurement system for applying for the moment is being prepared for e-izziņa unavailability or notification of the absence of a register or message
