Service requests
After authenticating to start an e-service, you need to familiarise yourself with the rules for use of the e-service, you must confirm them by checking the “I met the information” box and click the “Continue” button.
The following steps will be displayed on the computer's screen, including instructions for the steps to be taken in each step, as well as input fields for entering the required data. Perform the steps and input of the required data.
After the required data entry, the mandate will have to be signed with a secure electronic signature, which will also be accompanied by a time stamp.Receipt of services
When signed, the user displays the result of performing the e-service. Information is also provided where the prepared documents can be seen. Links to the user's workplace and e-service list are also available. You can also open or save the created authorization document by selecting the “here” functionality. It is also possible for the user to start the e-service again or to complete the service.
